The City Looks Team: Our team of professionals support one
another. If you would like to experience another technician, please
feel free to do so without reservation.

Cancellations: Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you
need to cancel your appointment, please honor the time of the staff
and other guests by providing a 24 hour notice.

Punctuality: We greatly appreciate your punctuality so that we
may provide you and our other guests optimum service.

Spa Appointments: We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes before
your spa service. Arriving late will shorten your spa experience.
Please understand that your treatment will end on time as a
courtesy to the next guest.

Privacy: During all body treatments, every effort is made to
respect your modesty. Careful draping for your relaxation and
privacy is practiced at all times. Robes and slippers are provided for
all spa services. The City Looks spa is a co-ed facility.

Cell Phones: To promote a truly relaxing environment and
uninterrupted services, we request that cell phones, pagers, or
other electronic devices be turned off during your visit.

Children: Because we seek to provide our quests a quiet retreat
from their hectic day-to-day schedules, we ask that you not bring
young children into the spa area. Children in the salon and waiting
area must be well supervised.

Deposits: Deposits may be required on some services.
